Our refund policy covers:

  • Initial purchases made through Paddle payment gateway
  • Both monthly and annual subscription plans

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, here's what you can expect:

  • 1 business day: Refund request is reviewed and approved
  • 3-5 business days: Refund is processed by Paddle and initiated to your payment method
  • 5-10 business days: Funds appear in your account (timing depends on your bank or card issuer)

The funds will be returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

4. Plan Renewals and Cancellations

Please note that our 14-day refund policy applies to the initial purchase of a subscription. Automatic renewals follow a different policy:

  • Within 24 hours of renewal: Full refund available if requested promptly
  • After 24 hours: No refund, but you can cancel to prevent future charges

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
